FESCo has a "meeting process" wiki page
(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FESCo_meeting_process) which I find
really helpful. Perhaps create one of these for cloud, and put "include
status notes from folks who can't attend" as one of the agenda items
and/or responsibilities of the meeting chair?
