I just downloaded the beta TC8 cloud netinstall disk https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/22_Beta_TC8/Cloud/x86_64/iso/Fedora-Cloud-netinst-x86_64-22_Beta_TC8.iso. It seems to be installing, but by default it appears to be installing a minimal system rather than a cloud host. Is that the intended behavior?
