bowlofeggs reported a new issue against the project: `atomic-wg` that you are
following:

Whenever I try to ```dnf upgrade``` on my [Vagrant 25 libvirt
guest](https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/25/CloudImages/x86_64/images/Fedora-Cloud-Base-Vagrant-25-1.3.x86_64.vagrant-libvirt.box),
dnf fails seemingly due to some weird state on the image:
