Context: I was talking (or arguing?) with non-wikimedia person A when A suggested (innocent person) B that B use Cloud resources for B's non-wikimedia wiki script. My understanding of the policy was it is not allowed, and I was actually not 100% sure so I was referring for final verdict here.
