I will be upgrading the cloud-vps openstack install on Monday, beginning
around 17:00 UTC.
This will involve one or two brief network resets. There may also be
intermittent interruptions to the Horizon UI, and possible issues with
scheduling new VMs or creating other cloud-vps resources.
Apart from the network resets, toolforge services and existing, running
VMs will not be affected.
