can not ope the docx file of the source project

Hi, 

 

I  download the  source code from  

git clone https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-cloudstack.git,

 

but  I can not open the  docx file  in the directory :

  ~\incubator-cloudstack\docs\3.0

 

The error tips is : can not open office open xml file : content error.

 

I do not know what has happen . Maybe the files are not integrity ? can
anybody suffer this ?
