Primary storage is a SR in XenServer, the info is saved in XenServer DB.
Try following,
1. get PBD uuid ( physical block device)
xe sr-param-get uuid=d7a22e45-f860-157a-fa7c-db2e541c39d6 param-name=PBDs
a2794f1c-7456-5ff6-ab9a-15ef5bcfdfe0
2. get PBD detail
xe pbd-param-list uuid=a2794f1c-7456-5ff6-ab9a-15ef5bcfdfe0
uuid ( RO) : a2794f1c-7456-5ff6-ab9a-15ef5bcfdfe0
host ( RO) [DEPRECATED]: ccaf9654-839c-4d9e-9e18-5773eb251582
host-uuid ( RO): ccaf9654-839c-4d9e-9e18-5773eb251582
sr-uuid ( RO): d7a22e45-f860-157a-fa7c-db2e541c39d6

3. you can see the nfs server ip and path.
4. you can the iscsi info the same way
