Hi, All This has been discussed in a previous thread but i did not get the conclusion so here i started a new one.
In CS 2.2.y,for xenserver there is a storage network dedicated for traffic between hypervisor and primary storage, users can separate this traffic from others simply by assigning a label on specific xenserver interface and matching it in global configuration 'xen.storage.network.device'. In CS 3.x, the term 'storage network' seems to describe traffic between primary storage and secondary storage[1], which is completely different from that in 2.2.y. Can I jump to a conclusion that, the old storage network has been eliminated and it would use the same network as management network use, and from now on storage network always refer to [1] ?
