Review request for cloudstack, Abhinandan Prateek, Sheng Yang, and Murali Reddy. Description ------- While upgrading from 2.2.14 -> to 3.0.4 user VMs unable to reset the password in case of redundant routers. It is because the RRVM is listening on one ip of 8080 port, old user vm send request on another IP. Made changes to socat to listen on eth0 interface. This addresses bug 16243.
