jquery.js in console-proxy is licensed under 'Dual licensed under the MIT and GPL licenses.'
while jquery.js in ui/lib is licensed under 'Dual licensed under the MIT or GPL Version 2 licenses.' Is dual license 'and GPL' allowed in ASF?
