deploy 1 VM with guest network
deploy 1 VM with VPC
[How to reproduce]
Network--> dropdown box VPC --> choose the VPC-->configure-->IP addresses -->
acquire New IP
click the newly acquired IP
click enable static Nat
[expected result]
show only 1 VM in listVM view, the VM created with VPC
[actual result]
show all VMs including the VM created with guest network
[root cause]
paramater vpcid is not implemented for listVirtualMachine API
