Steps:
1. Setup Management server
2. Setup KVM host with Cloudstack Agent installed
3. Setup Basic Zone with SG service offering
4. After having all the system VM's running , tried to deploy the first
instance
Observation :
First Instance deployment failed as the router failed start .
