Pradeep Soundararajan commented on CLOUDSTACK-28: ------------------------------------------------- Yes, we can even remove this. It seems it has been used in many Java codes and scripts. The requirement is to have wget installed on your machine before executing the build. By default most of the OS has wget installed or else we have to install it. We have to move this one to the dependency list. Shall we remove this or any one see any issues? > wget.exe (GPLed) is present in the tools directory as a binary. > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: CLOUDSTACK-28 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-28 > Project: CloudStack > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Test Tools > Affects Versions: pre-4.0.0 > Reporter: David Nalley > Assignee: Pradeep Soundararajan > Priority: Blocker > Labels: binary, license > Fix For: pre-4.0.0 > > > test/scripts/wget.exe > wget is GPL which is prohibited license, and wget is a binary, which is also > forbidden in our source tree. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
