The Apache CMS has specific functionality to deal with it. We merely
need to take the tarball that hudson, drop it into a directory, the
CMS will handle untarring it and presenting the content as is without
applying CSS or other things. It was one of the early things I tested
out in staging when Joe first started standing up the site. So
consider this effectively dealt with.
