This is NOT an UI bug. This is a server-side bug.
According to original issue in citrix Jira
(http://bugs.cloudstack.org/browse/CS-16333), this server-side bug happened in
CS 3.0.4 (Bonita, not Burbank). So, this server-side bug might not exist in
apache branch.
