I don't think the logs should be posted to the mailing list. They are fine
on the wiki. I think the minutes should be posted to the mailing list. Our
number one goal (literally, number one - above the code, above the
meetings, everything) must be to invite people in, and
to encourage participation. Putting the *minutes* on the wiki is a closing
of the topics. Putting them on the list is an opening of the topics.
