Section 2.2 #17 - The comment "You should see a message like "Complete! Done."
is incorrect. There is no such message. Confirmed with Engineering. I'm not
sure how to word this, but this is how they suggest how to know the database is
upgraded and complete.
"The database upgrade is complete w/o failures when management server
starts up and you can access the web UI. If something fails along the way
in the upgrade, we interrupt the startup process."
