What do you mean by support ? The apache project is supported by the community.
The REST interface does work, of course with limitations but it works, that's a
fact. To reach resolution quickly I will just re-submit a review request and
people will be able to comment at that time.
I do want to point out that I disagree with the process you followed. The time
to comment on my contribution was during the review request and at a minimum
you should have sent me an email telling me you modified what I had submitted
and was accepted via the review request process.
