Steps:
Navigate to:
Infrastructure > Zones > ZONENAME > Physical network > Public (Configure) > IP
ranges tab
You will see:
Gateway Netmask VLAN Start IP End IP Account
However there should also be an Add column with a button to add the IP range.
Inspecting the HTML, we can see that the Add column is there, but due to
display bug, can't be seen.
