Environment: Two servers with same hardware running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.

Steps:
- Create network offering with redundant router. With the following options:
VPN, DHCP, DNS, Firewall, Load Balancer, User Data, Source NAT, Static NAT and
Port forwarding.
- Create instance with new network using that network offering.
- Access network control page, and edit the newly created network
- Enter configuration of the IP address.
- Discover that Port forwarding and Load balancing is crossed over and
unavailable.
Are you not supported to be able to use port forwarding with RVR?
