As far as I can tell, these aren't displaying in ACS 4.0 - just present. Looks
like it's been set up to have a workaround to call no-logo in the stylesheet.
We should clean it up to get rid of these entirely, but I don't think it's
crucial that they be removed in 4.0.1 if we don't have a patch by freeze.
