    Description: 
Storage refers to templates, volumes, and volume snapshot & backup.  Break each 
of these into smaller parts and introduce plugins to perform the actual 
provisioning of volumes and volume snapshot and backups.  This will enable 
storage vendors to add their specific storage into CloudStack orchestration 
without making changes to CloudStack's orchestration code.
