I don't see a [DISCUSS] thread, so will make comments here...

Between this and the syslog enhancement idea, I get the feeling somebody's 
asking for better logging support?

That said, once again I don't see the value in this functionality or in the 
wiki page...what logs exist within ACS that an end user who doesn't have access 
to the mgmt server want to download? How does ACS know where the logs are 
stored on the system?

(Note - I'm not saying that there's not valid use cases, I just want to see 
them discussed)
