Rohit's and Min's comments about user-facing changes seem to contradict. If
there is no change in the response, then are Rohit's items 2 and 3 both pieces
of behavior that have existed previously? Just items Rohit is suggesting we be
sure are documented somewhere?
As for changes for "developers who would want to write new apis, or pluggable
services or acl plugins" -- do you mean this information is just for developers
who are working within the CloudStack project? If so, yes, wiki it, please.
