Out of five resource types, currently i am working on the addition of CPU and
RAM as new resource types and adding the methods to set the limits and to get a
count of these resources.
Also adding check and increment/decrement calls for CPU and RAM in VM life
cycle.
First I'll send a review request for these two resource types and then move on
to the remaining ones.
Soon I will update the ticket with the review request number.
