Just wanted to share some useful info about ASFBot with the rest of
the dev list.

If you don't know, ASFBot is an irc bot that sits in some of the
freenode channels.  We have it in #cloudstack-dev and
#cloudstack-meeting right now.

The biggest bit of useful functionality, is that we don't need to
bring in our own meetbots for the weekly meetings.  Just use ASFBot
instead.  To start a meeting, simply type "ASFBot: meeting start".  I
only tested this in #cloudstack-meeting, so I don't know if it's
enabled in #cloudstack-dev or not.

Once the meeting starts, there's no need to deal with chairs, just use
the rest of the commands as normal:  #topic, #link, #info, #action.
To end the meeting type "ASFBot: meeting end".  The bot will then spit
out a link to the minutes for you.
