Hi Pranav:
The reproduce steps are described as following:
1. Create a zone and use local storage
2. Start up an instance
3. Migrate it to another host
And I also provided a patch in the review board. It shows an idea
to improve this issue and maybe it helps.
I'm still trying to familiar with front-end code of CS. It is a masterpiece :)
