Rohit Yadav resolved CLOUDSTACK-225.

Resolution: Fixed
It's because the listVPCs cmd class had these fields and inherited:
BaseListAccountResourcesCmd -> gives you account
BaseListDomainResourcesCmd -> gives you domainid
Fixed on master in;
