The --disk-only snapshot option currently does not work on KVM 4.0:
virsh # snapshot-create i-2-16-VM --disk-only
error: operation failed: Failed to take snapshot: unknown command:
'snapshot_blkdev'
(when the domain is online and the --disk-olny option is sepcified, it uses
qemu's "snapshot_blkdev" )
