Feature: Ability to delete Events and Alerts

Hi All,
Can someone confirm me if "Feature: Ability to delete Events and Alerts" is 
going to be available in 4.1?
This feature is available as part of design document but not sure whether this 
has been implemented in 4.1 or not.
