Completely agree - if we've reached agreement on merging javelin, but want to push it close to the deadline to include code from others, it's makes no sense to effectively let those changes take the javelin merge hostage. We'd still prefer to hit the schedule, but since they're willing to make the concession for others we should likewise extend similar courtesy if necessary. --David
