    Please change it to return the traffic type ingress from the 
createFirewallRuleCmd getTrafficType method.
    
       public TrafficType getTrafficType() {
            return FirewallRule.TrafficType.Ingress;
    }
    
    For egress we already returning TrafficType.Egress
