[DISCUSS] Correctly fix cloud- to cloudstack- rename refactoring

Pl. rename any script references which have renamed from cloud- to
cloudstack- in docs, code and elsewhere?
Since we're renaming the packages to cloudstack- why not rename
artifacts to cloudstack- as well?
