Yes, actually both the management server and your manual run of 
cloudstack-setup-agent report that the host you're trying to add does not have 
KVM modules. Management server does ssh into the host and runs the 'lsmod| grep 
kvm', while the cloudstack-setup-agent looks for path /dev/kvm. Either you need 
to modprobe the modules, or more likely the KVM host doesn't have hardware 
support for KVM, as it's usually there automatically in CentOS 6.3 if you have 
support.
