Now that we've branched 4.1, let's do a round of commit backporting on 4.1 and fix package version to 4.2.0 so that folks who are working on some 4.2 issues can continue with their work which also means database changes being put into schema-410to420.sql, and adding a upgrade path map for 4.2.0. Now that we've rolling upgrades and we have not defined the upgrade path yet (I put some stub classes but did not update the map) we should do that soon.
