Pranav,

I pushed a patch to correct this issue on 21 Dec 2012, and it appears to have 
been merged on 2 Jan 2013.  I am no longer experiencing the issue in my feature 
branch, can you please re-verify in 4.1?

For 4.1, there are no plans to display information on the capacity chart.  
Generally speaking, there is no notion of "free space" on S3.
