Also, the patches may need to be re-created against current 4.1 branch or master. As of now - the diffs on review board don't apply cleanly and it's painful to apply by hand. Presently patch 2 and patch 5 - don't apply with git and must be done manually. I'm now trying latest set of patches from review board on my current 4.1 branch, I will update later in the day today or tomorrow on the progress.
