The analysis is incorrect. 1273 is a bug due to changes I made in master which
were not intended and never cherry-picked over to 4.1 So something else is
causing this problem in 4.1. I'm reassigning back to you for further analysis.
The analysis also doesn't contain any detail for me to figure out exactly how
you came to the conclusion that 1273 is the root cause (when it couldn't have
been).
