Switching to Blocker as this issue seems to be getting ignored, and blocks
running CloudStack end to end.
Kelven, this issue was discovered 20 days ago, and 6 days ago I gave the
details of where it came from, suggested a fix, and assigned it to you.
Could you please take a look and comment?
