Looks like a paths/packaging issue. Just fixed an issue on 4.1 and master that 
the systemvm.iso was not being copied to host, the fix could fix this as well. 
While packaging we copy stuff from the client/target. Make sure the templates 
exist.
Can you pl. kick off a new build and try again.
