We agreed that the 2/28 deadline for doc freeze will slip a bit, leaving a 
smaller time frame for translation of the 4.1 release documentation.

Realistically the translations will be incomplete (except some of the UI and 
the runbook), our first concern should be to get as much of the needed 
documentation in.

So don't worry about missing the 2/28 date.
