After filling in the required info on the "Add Primary Storage" dialog, I
clicked the OK button. The primary storage was successfully added, but the GUI
did not seem to update properly on the Infrastructure/Primary Storage tab
(please see screen shot).
I clicked on the hyperlink name to view the details and received an error
message (please see second screen shot).
I then clicked on the Infrastructure button in the left-side panel, then on the
Primary Storage "View All" button. This refreshed my view and when I clicked
on the hyperlink name to view the details, it worked this time.
