I brought up the "Add compute offering" dialog and clicked on the "Public"
check box. I then un-checked the "Public" check box. Upon un-checking the
check box, a new "row" was added to the dialog below the "Public" check box
with a label called "Domain:" and a combo box.
If I check and un-check the "Public" checkbox, the new Domain fields remains.
