ilya, i cannot reproduce this bug with master(4.2) and esxi 5.0.

scenarios:
Vcenter + two esxi 5.0 hosts + HA configuration

1) create a HA enabled VM from Cloudstack
2) power-off the server which hosts the VM
3) observed that VM was restarted on the other host (by VC)
4) refresh Cloudstack UI and the host field of VM had been updated.
