* It can be difficult to remember the exact text you wish to enter (ex. was it
PS_Gold or Gold_PS?).
* It is easy to typo a list item (ex. you meant to type PS_Gold (to match an
existing item), but instead you typed P_Gold).
* It is not always clear if the text is case sensitive.
I recommend when creating and referencing tags that we use an Available,
Selected, New approach.
For example, I could see a dialog that lists all Available tags. You could
create a new one, which would be added to the Available list. You could move
one or more tags from the Available list to the Selected list (and back again,
if need be).
