Howdy all, So - I see a few "tooltip" bugs in the unassigned doc bugs here:
http://is.gd/un41doc Are these considered doc bugs? Do we have a good document on how to create UI tooltips? So - IMHO, the UI tooltips should be considered UI bugs, not docs.
