anymore.

> Only in master/docs/en-US/: ongoing-config-of-external-firewalls-lb.xml
> Only in 4.1/docs/en-US/: ongoing-config-of-ext-firewalls-lb.xml
> Only in 4.1/docs/en-US/:
> ongoing-configuration-of-external-firewalls-loadbalancer.xml
> IN SUMMARY:
> the 4.1 has a "ongoing-config-of-ext-firewalls-lb.xml" that is never
> referenced.
> In 4.1 the file is called
> "ongoing-configuration-of-external-firewalls-loadbalancer.xml"
> In master the file is called "ongoing-config-of-external-firewalls-lb.xml"
> My suggestion:
> Delete "ongoing-config-of-ext-firewalls-lb.xml" in 4.1 branch
> Use 4.1's ongoing-configuration-of-external-firewalls-loadbalancer.xml, most
> the documentation uses the long form "loadbalancer" and not "lb"
