I've verified console system VM is up and running but I just noticed the
"linklocal-ip-of-console-vm" of the console system VM is 169.254.0.149.
Also, "Public IP Address" is 172.16.8.37 and "Private IP Address" is
172.16.8.34 which doesn't make sense to me.
