Since waf is gone now I think cloud-sccs or something similar is still
relevant. Test engineers reporting bugs often use binary packaging and it is
incredibly hard to assess the HEAD of the commit on which the bug was reported,
whether or not it is fixed or on what branch the issue was found. Having this
information is important to creating informative bug reports.
