I think it's a consensus -- the tooltips could use an editing pass. And since
they are more or less cut and pasted from the docs, this also implies that we
could improve the sentence in docs that served as the source of the tooltip. If
the newly proposed auto-tooltip extraction feature is implemented, then all the
tooltips will be revisited anyhow, when we make them simply tags within the doc
XML source files.
